Albert makes all of his own prints in his New York studio, whether they are gelatin silver or more modern prints, such as archival pigment prints. He signs, numbers and captions each print on the reverse. Albert is known as a master printmaker and has lectured on the subject at numerous venues, including PhotoPlus International Expo in New York, the National Portrait Gallery in London, and Le Rencontres de la Photographie Art Festival in Arles, France.
Esteemed art critic Francis Hodgson, writing a full-page gallery review of Albert for the Financial Times of London, called the prints "astonishing".
